What services do you offer?
Professional pressure washing and soft washing for residential and commercial surfaces. That covers house washing, roof washing, driveway cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, deck cleaning, patio cleaning, fence cleaning and gutter cleaning.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure water to remove dirt, grime and buildup from durable surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure with specialized cleaning solutions to clean more delicate surfaces such as roofs, siding and painted areas without causing damage.
Is pressure washing safe for my home?
Yes, when it is done correctly by trained professionals. We use the proper equipment, cleaning methods and pressure levels for each surface. Delicate surfaces are soft washed rather than treated with high pressure.
How often should I have my property cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a wash once a year, though some surfaces need it more often depending on weather, shade, tree coverage and buildup. Roofs, gutters, driveways and siding all benefit from regular maintenance.
Will pressure washing damage my siding, roof or concrete?
When the work is done by an experienced professional it should not. We adjust the method to the surface being cleaned, and sensitive areas like roofs and siding are soft washed to avoid unnecessary wear.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not always. In many cases we can complete the job while you are out, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water source if one is needed. We go over the details before the appointment.
How long does a pressure washing service take?
It depends on the size of the property and the type of service. Smaller jobs may take a couple of hours, while larger homes or more detailed cleaning take longer. You get an estimated timeframe with your quote.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Where you can, move vehicles, outdoor furniture, potted plants and other personal items clear of the areas being cleaned. We may also ask that windows are closed and pets kept indoors. If anything else is needed, we tell you ahead of time.
